Frequently asked
- How early should I book a removal company?
- Two to six weeks ahead is the sweet spot. August and the last Friday of August are the busiest in the UK calendar — book earlier for those. We can also accommodate same-week moves where space allows.
- Do you pack for me?
- Yes — we offer full packing, part packing (kitchen and fragiles only), or self-pack with us providing materials. Full packing typically saves a customer 1–2 days of stress and reduces breakage risk significantly.
- Do you dismantle and reassemble furniture?
- Standard. Flat-pack wardrobes, beds, dining tables, garden furniture, gym equipment — we dismantle on the day and rebuild at the new address as part of the standard service.
- What happens if my completion is delayed?
- We hold the load on our truck or move it to short-term storage at our Chingford base, then deliver as soon as keys are released. Common, and we plan for it.
