Office relocations the team logs back into on Monday.
Five desks or 500. Weekends, overnights, phased moves — we choreograph the lot so your team starts the next working day exactly where they left off.
Office relocation is a project, not a removal. Server racks, IT crates, secure document handling, floor plans, lift slots, weekend access, building management coordination — all of it has to happen in the right order, and most of it has to happen out of hours.
We run office moves with a project manager assigned from day one, an asset register pre-move, colour-coded labelling for desks-to-rooms, and a Monday-morning desk-side support window so anyone whose monitor isn’t plugged in is solved before 9am.
Office move types we run
- Single-floor office relocations (5–50 desks)
- Multi-floor and multi-site moves
- Phased weekend moves to minimise downtime
- Server, IT and comms-room relocations
- Lab, studio and workshop relocations
- Secure document and archive moves
- Furniture installation, decommissioning and disposal
IT, server racks & secure data
IT moves are run alongside or by your IT team. We provide ESD-safe crates, anti-static wrap, dedicated cages, and chain-of-custody for sensitive data. Decommissioning of redundant kit can be coordinated with WEEE-compliant disposal partners.
Out-of-hours, every time
Most of our office moves run Friday-evening to Sunday-night. We coordinate building management, lift bookings, parking suspensions, and security pass arrangements so you don’t have to.
How we run it
- 01Site survey
Walk both buildings, map floor plans, agree lift and parking access.
- 02Project plan
Asset register, labelling system, schedule, building permissions, contingency.
- 03Move weekend
Crews, vans, signage, IT chain-of-custody, real-time progress reporting.
- 04Monday support
On-site team during first hour to clear last-minute snags.
Frequently asked
- How much notice do you need for an office move?
- Ideally 4–8 weeks for anything 30+ desks. Smaller moves can be turned around in 7–10 days. The sooner the survey is booked, the more flexibility we have on weekend and lift slots.
- Can you handle the IT decommissioning?
- Yes — either supporting your in-house IT team or fully managing it via our partner network, with WEEE-compliant disposal certificates for any kit being retired.
- Do you supply moving crates so we don’t have to use cardboard?
- Yes. Reusable plastic crates are the standard for office moves — cleaner, stackable, no cardboard waste, and we collect them after the move.
- Can you move a single team or department, not the whole office?
- Often — especially when one floor is being refreshed or a team is consolidating into a different building. Phased moves are how most of our long-term clients run their growth.
